Reportage lors du MUNIT 2015
Partie 1 : Le 26 Mars 2015
La cérémonie d'ouverture, à la mairie de Tours dans la salle des mariages.
Model United Nations In Tours will be held from March 26th to March 29th 2015 at the François-Rabelais University of Tours, France. We will welcome students from across the world for four unforgettable days of debate in a wonderful city at the heart of the Loire Valley. To study in depths the issues tackled during our event, a symposium will parallel the MUN and offer a theoretical response to the practical debate, with specialized researchers giving papers under a theme common to our conference: Humanism and International Relations.
Students will take on the responsibility of true diplomats and secure the interests of nations whilst solving international issues. They will enhance their abilities ranging on a wide scope of fields but especially improve their public-speaking and argumentation skills as well as develop their knowledge of geopolitics.
We are a team of passionate MUNers who crave for debate and have practiced it for years. We know that MUNs can sometimes be too stiff and dull, but we are here to change that. We promise you the best topics and most exciting debates, along with great socials to provide an unparalleled experience. The committees of MUNIT will simulate the work of the UN and more. Our topics will span past, present and future to better enlighten the way Humanism and International Relations can be assessed through different eras. There will be crisis, clashes and fierce talks leading to resolutions and peace – hopefully.
If you are a beginner or a seasoned delegate, join MUNIT and spend an amazing weekend in the beautiful city of Tours, a town resting on an illustrious history and busy with life as the cultural engine of the Centre of France. Come enjoy an event where the French does not only stand for wine, cheese or chateaux (and questionable English) but also making new friends, partake in awesome debates and live international relations to the fullest…
